Governmental Involvement in Private Business

We are joined by the usual course of events that have been dictated by previous beliefs on the fundamental principles, and rarely do we question or confront them. Everyone seems to want to believe that things are better than before, but are they really? Although we are relying on the great intellect of our forefathers, it seems we are not looking back, or learning, or even questioning it. The system has fallen into a trickling of drops, into an avoiding of the real issues. There is a great need for it to come back to the basics and address the current state of national economic crisis.

A sudden attack on government power over private business in the most recent years has shown to be senseless. There appears to be a situation motivated with good intentions, but failing, due to incompetence or inability. The government's interference in private business affairs has failed to meet with the needs of the consumer. The intended achievement of social common aims or goals in government involvement with private decision making has recently decreased, instead of being intensified.

Some say that the government should not get involved in private business under any circumstances. Others say the government should be involved with private enterprise only under unusually extreme and special circumstances. This viewpoint is currently the most popular. Other ideologies believe that the government should play a meaningful role in private business, or even that business should be completely subordinate to the government.
