A very informative article if your just getting started or wanting to get started in the cattle business. She has a concise plan that will work, you just have to apply what she is telling you and adopt it to your situation (some places in Texas require more acreage than others to raise a cow).  And besides guy's she has got the basics of my favorite Texas delicacy Pecan pie, and any gal that's got this much on the ball is worth listening too.
