Obama Shows Disregard for Constitution with Sotomayor Nomination.

"The price of apathy towards public affairs is to be ruled by evil men"  Plato

Obama shows a total disregard for Constitution with Sotomayor’s nomination. Read her own words and decide for yourself.

"Court of appeals is where policy is made. And I know – and I know this is on tape and I should never say that because we don't make law, I know. (laughs) OK, I know. I'm not promoting it, and I'm not advocating it, I'm – you know. OK. (giggles, audience laughs) Having said that, the court of appeals is where, before the Supreme Court makes the final decision, the law is percolating – its interpretation, its application." WorldNetDaily Duke University School of Law, 2005

"I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experience would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life."  Sotomayor at the Berkeley School of Law, 2001

He nominated Sotomayor knowing that she believes it is acceptable to make policy from the bench. Her and her radical legal group worked to help kill the Estrada nomination; she’s all for advancement of radical Hispanics just not all Hispanics, she is an admitted member of a Hispanic group called La Raza (the equivalent of a white admitting to being a member of the KKK in my opinion – having lived in a South Texas border town for a number of years and experiencing firsthand the mentality of La Raza ), she has ruled in the past against Free Speech, she ruled in January of 2009 against the 2nd amendment rights of an individual even though precedent of a similar case had been ruled for the individual by US Supreme Court in 2008 (Making a new policy?).

This woman is a racist that belongs to a group the advocates the over throw of any organization of any kind that stands in its way. La Raza is a group formed (at least the modern version) in the early 70’s in Crystal City Texas when the Hispanic citizens demonstrated in the streets after a teenage girl didn’t get her way in a cheerleading contest*1 at the local High School. The demonstration started at the school and spread to the streets then to other towns (a Texas Ranger was sent in). It has had long reaching consequences for the town and surrounding area for the decades since the party gained control of local elections. They (the newly elected officials) failed to pay the towns gas bills (you still find propane tanks in backyards instead of natural gas hookups in Crystal City).

Newt Gingrich wrote - "White man racist nominee would be forced to withdraw. Latina woman racist should also withdraw,"

Is this someone we want to interrupt our laws for us or in her words not mine “make policy”? Openly defying the Constitution? I think not! Contact your Senators and Congressmen Today!
