In an ideal democratic society, breaches in protocol should be handled within the bounds of the constitution. Most countries have special laws that protect the people that are running their countries. It is commonly known that people who find errors in the conduct of others often find themselves in trouble. This should not be so. There have been a number of new laws put into effect to protect the innocent in our country as well as other countries.
Constitutional breaches should be handled with the same process as any other crime. It should be investigated, proven and be held liable for the punishment as pertains to the crime. We should not let politicians or our leaders be exempt to the consequence of their actions. They should be held accountable for any wrong doing or breaches in protocol. We should also not be hampered by unrealistic challenges in our daily life. Some things should be acted upon according to our constitution, without favor or discrimination. We should also not punish the person or people that find these people that are in the wrong. It should be to all our best interest to know what is going on and be able to correct the breach.
We can read our constitution and understand what our rights are. Most of us know right from wrong, but sometimes, we let ourselves get involved in things that aren't entirely legal or may be a little shady. This is what we need to watch for so that we can be alert to the laws and avoid errors.
